Year 11 Design and Visual Communication - Design Junkies
Teacher in Charge: R. Maunder
Students will learn to visually communicate product design ideas through 2D and 3D drawings, prototyping ideas and following the design process through to a final presentation.
Students will learn by trial and error, making models and sketching to test and trial new ideas. They will look at existing products and design alternative solutions to re-purpose or remake them.
Students who enjoyed watching Design Junkies, constructing, tinkering and turning their design ideas into real, innovative products. If you find yourself looking at something and imagining a new life for it, this course will suit you!
