Course Description
Teacher in Charge: R. Telfer
The course is a continuation of the work done in Year 12 but also introduces the students to more advanced concepts within the topics. Topics are drawn from the Mathematics and Statistics strands. Topics include Critical Pathways, Bivariate, Time Series, Linear Programming, Simultaneous Equations and Evaluate Statistical Reports. Students will be able to gain credits for University Entrance in this subject.
This course is designed for those students who may wish to pursue Statistics or subjects that use Statistics at a tertiary level but is also suitable for students who wish to continue mathematics but are unsure of their career pathway
