  • The history of tourism
  • The business of tourism
  • The physical impacts of tourism
  • World tourist destinations


How students will learn:

Through completing Industry Workbooks, conducting research, and Individual and group activities.  They may also have the opportunity to participate in a field trip.

What skills will students gain:  

  • Time management skills
  • Self-directed learning
  • Research and presentation skills
  • Self-evaluation and reflection skills
  • Collaboration skills

What students will enjoy:

Learning more about the world in which they live.
