You will learn about:
This course focuses on the application of knowledge learnt in Year 12 Physical Education.
It is half practical and half classroom based.
This course will suit students who enjoyed 12PED, who enjoy being active, learning through practicals, learning science of movement through practicals, being self motivated and training to push yourself physically and mentally
Specific requirements for this class are:
2B8 Exercise Book OR
Clearfile
Appropriate PE Gear (no PE uniform for seniors)
Running shoes are highly recommended for all practical lessons
Minimum 12 credits in 12 PED
This course is eligible for subject endorsement.
