This course is designed to give students an introduction into what is involved in New Zealand’s Primary Industries. It is a course co-constructed with our students to meet their needs and interests. Ideas could include: producing, marketing and selling a horticulture product; identifying different species of cattle and what they are used for or constructing a value added chain for a product. Industries could include: agriculture, horticulture, forestry, aquaculture, apiculture, floriculture and landscape design.
