This course provides students with the opportunity to begin a journey into the world of the Service industry and trades.
Students will cover the areas of tourism, retail, beauty, hospitality and customer service. There will be theory and and practical components delivered at school and off site. Each term will have a week of completing industry based courses. There will also be the opportunity to complete a workplace component to support the learning done. Initial training in this course will cover the First Aid and Health and Safety requirements of this industry.
if you choose to apply for this course, it covers four timetable lines and you will need to select two additional subjects from those offered at Year 12. However, these may be subject to timetable constraints.
