Course Description
Students will develop an understanding of contemporary art making processes, procedures, materials and techniques through the in-depth study of artists' working methods and ideas in the field of painting. Students demonstrate their understanding of these methods and ideas by applying them to their own work, achieving originality in their personal art works.

Students will need to have their own supply of materials to use both in class and at home they may purchase the following from Office Max:
Paint Palette and Lid
Range of paintbrushes
Chromacryl 5 Pack of Paints 75ml (Primary colours and Black and White)
A4 Visual Diary
