Course Description

In this course, students develop understanding about interpersonal skills and apply them in a range of physical/practical contexts while working together with others. This is a practical course where they will be participating in a range of individual and team sports/games to be more exposed to movement concepts/strategies and further their understanding on how their interpersonal skills can impact performance. They will also explore how movement and different activities can impact their wellbeing, through a model such as Te Whare Tapa Wha.
