Teacher in Charge:
In this course students explore the exciting careers of Butchery or Bakery. This course encourages students to develop food handling skills alongside the key skills required for entering a career in Butchery or Bakery. This course will be taught as a combination of in school, workplace learning, and learning at NorthTec.
This course is a Trades Academy course and you will be required to take Trades Academy Business and Hospitality.
