Course Description
In this academy, students explore the exciting careers in the hospitality sector. This course encourages students to develop food handling skills alongside the key skills required for entering a career in a cafe or bakery. Students will also complete a first aid course and workplace health and safety. They will also get the opportunity to gain their learners license. This course will be taught as a combination of in school, workplace learning, and learning at NorthTec.
This course selection takes up two option lines, you are also required to select a 2ENG or 2ENT alongside this academy.
