Level 2 Academy - Toi Māori: Tupu Pūkare
Course Description
Ākonga will be able to explore elements of Māori design in a bilingual environment. Ākonga will follow tīkanga and work with a range of construction materials, such as wood, resin and other mediums to complete Toi Māori projects. Ākonga will also complete a first aid course, workplace health and safety and have the opportunity to gain their learners license.
This course will take two option lines and you will be required to also select 2REO/2MAOS/2HAKA as your third option. Please note 2MAOS does not provide the opportunity for students to complete their University Entrance literacy.
