9PAM

Year 9 Product and Manufacturing

Course selection will be active from the 14th August 2020.

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: R. Pedersen

9PAM is all about design, development and production as part of a collaborative team.

Past projects have included products to sell at Te Tai Tokerau festival or the bridge markets.

Recent projects have been t-shirt companies. Students have worked in small groups to design their t-shirt and merchandising to go with it.

This course suits students who are receptive to collaboration, willing to cooperate and compromise during the development phase. They need creative design enthusiasm, we will teach them the skills.

All students will end the course with their original t-shirt to take home.

Contributions and Equipment

All students need: pens, pencils, ruler, eraser, glue stick, highlighters, coloured pencils, scissors for all classes.
