In Year 11 Come Dine With Me students will use knowledge about food safety, culinary techniques and creativity to design, plan and execute food and beverage services. The students will work together to explore menu design, table setting and food styling and hold an event for guests showcasing their practical skills. Students will also have the opportunity to present knowledge and practical experiences by way of a cookbook.
Students may choose a maximum of two food based courses (from Food and Nutrition and Hospitality).
